At LipGuard, your safety, trust, and satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do. Please take a moment to review our store policy before making a purchase.

Product Accuracy & Drug Test Disclaimer

Our products are designed with precision and care. The drug detection component of LipGuard has been tested to a 99.9% accuracy rate. However, as with all testing devices, there is a 0.1% chance of error. Results should be used as an additional safety tool and not as the sole guarantee of drink safety. We strongly encourage responsible decision-making at all times.

Returns & Exchanges

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used cosmetics (lipstick, lip gloss, mascara, compact, etc.) cannot be returned or refunded.

  • If your product arrives defective, damaged, or faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and photos of the defective item.

  • All eligible returns must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges will only be made for the same product type if defective.

Shipping & Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Delivery times vary depending on location. LipGuard is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Limitation of Liability

LipGuard products are designed as preventative tools to help reduce risks associated with drink tampering and personal safety. However, no product can guarantee complete protection. LipGuard is not liable for any harm, incident, or outcome resulting from the misuse of our products, failure to follow instructions, reliance solely on the product without additional safety measures, or events beyond our control. By using our products, you accept full responsibility for your personal safety decisions.
